A.W.F. Superquartz is the ultimate concrete repair system designed and developed for areas subject to high wear, floor movement, chemical or effluent attack. Superquartz is a technological breakthrough utilizing the most advanced synthetic resins, specially blended quartz aggregates which together are capable of providing the ultimate repair to damaged concrete. A.W.F. Superquartz is ideal for repairs to walkways, damaged steps, ramps, loading bays etc.

Superquartz Rapid

Superquartz Rapid has been specifically designed to carry out repairs with the minimum loss of production time. It has all the characteristics of Superquartz but with a cure time of only 1-3 hrs. This tremendously durable system will not shrink or crack during the curing process and has fantastic in-built strength and durability.

• Areas can be back in action within 1-3 hrs
• Can be feather edged
• Excellent chemical resistance
• After 24 hrs. 38 ton trucks can be traversed over the repair

Superquartz Screed Grade

Superquartz Screed Grade as all the properties of the Superquartz range, extremely hard wearing with excellent resistance to abrasion and impact. Offers good non-slip properties. Resistant to a wide range of chemicals, based on low odour and none tainting properties is ideal for food processing areas. Will bond to most substrates including metal and can be applied down to 3mm thickness with the aid of a tack coat. Supplied in 5mm and 10mm grades.

Superquartz Lightweight

Superquartz Lightweight is a system developed for high build repairs to eroded, damaged or spalled areas of re-inforced concrete. It can be applied to a thickness of 100 mm in one pass without slumping and being 100% solids there is no shrinkage during the curing process.

Rapid C.R.

Rapid C.R. Is a two pack repair system designed to repair concrete in Minutes. Rapid C.R. has no critical mixing ratios. And the system will bond and adhere to damp surfaces.

Rapid C.W.C.

Rapid CWC is a high performance polymer modified cementitious compound designed to provide a barrier against subsurface water. An outstanding waterproofing compound. This unique blend forms insoluble crystalline complexes within fine shrinkage cracks and capillary tracks within the concrete to form a water resistant barrier that resists hydrostatic pressure of up to 7 bar.

• Withstands hyrdostatic pressure of 7 bar.
• Ideal for sealing sub-surface concrete walls.
